Normally, I get less-than-excited when height-challenged aspiring models submit photos. Like it or not, tall is the coin of the realm when it comes to editorial fashion modeling. But is editorial fashion modeling the only thing in the world? And are the rules of yesterday the same as the rules of today?
Hardly. Alicia Angel, a pseudonym for an aspiring Cincinnati, OH resident who hopes to break into modeling, has the piercing stare and a confident physicality of an accomplished model.
